1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NetsHub (“NetsHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of thenetshub.comand its related pages and features (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (and, where any wagering-related content is concerned, at least the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction — typically 21). The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under the applicable age, do not use the Site.

3. Independent, unofficial site

NetsHub is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Brooklyn Nets, the National Basketball Association (NBA), any NBA team, player, or any sports league, broadcaster, or data provider. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary purposes only (nominative fair use). 4. License to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, frame, sell, or systematically extract any part of the Site (including via automated means) without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
  • access the Site using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools in a way that burdens our infrastructure or violates rate limits;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NetsHub, ITS OPERATOR, OR ANY OF ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR ANY WAGERING DECISION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NetsHub and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

14. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
